Two chapters today and I've got two Virtual Days ahead. If I keep this pace I'll be crossing the 50k line on November 8th. Feeling very good. Found out the Muse is a younger one, a Muse of Modern Novels (in the 19th century), and she's very wild! Love her as a character. It's going well. Word count for my midnight start on "Trouble in the City." So far Brian has met a strange black cat who walked into his apartment by the fire escape. Mysteriously well trained, the cat uses the toilet and opens the refrigerator by himself to get his Half and Half. Chapter seven done, big cat fight, lots of fun. No cartoon yet for today but I'll get that in before midnight, I'm sure.

Okay, so my word count is not the stellar great calloping lumps of prose it was in years past, like last year. Today's a really nasty pain day and I got in one chapter and one queazy looking underground comics looking page on my Sketchbook Project sketchbook.

They finally got to the elven forest at the end of Chapter Six. I started tonight with 20,185 and for once my hands didn't cramp up and my back didn't get wrecked and I wrote a chapter at my usual Robert speed. It was fun. It felt good.
